Fisherman's pie


Ingredients
- 2 boneless fish fillet (snapper, cod or dory), cut into chunks
- 1 small brown onion, peeled
- few florets of broccoli, chopped
- 3 potatoes, boiled & peeled
- 2/3 cup milk

Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 180'C.
2. Mash the potatoes with some milk.
3. Mince & fry onion.
4. Add fish & vegetables, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Pour in milk, simmer till done.
6. Spread potato over fish, bake till golden.
