Rice gruel with fish & spinach


Ingredients
- 10g of rice flur
- 10ml of water
- 1 dsp fish
- 2 tsp spinach

Directions
1. Cook the rice flour into a gruel.
2. Steam or bake the fish till cooked, and mash.
3. Boil the spinach & puree.
4. Add the fish & spinach to the gruel & mix well.
5. Serve.
