Porridge


Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rice
- 150ml water
- 2 dsp scraped meat
- 4 tsp spinach, boiled & mashed

Directions
1. Wash the rice & soak for about 30-60 minutes.
2. Put rice & water in a small pot & bring to boil.
3. Simmer for about 40 minutes or till rice grains have broken up completely.
4. Mix 1 tsp of water with meat & add to porridge.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Add cooked spinach.
7. Cool slightly & serve for lunch or dinner.
