Vegetable mash


Ingredients
- 1/2 small potato
- Small piece of pumpkin or carrot
- 2 dessert spoon (dsp) of boneless fish, cooked & mashed

Directions
1. Peel & dice potato & pumpkin/carrot.
2. Cover with water & boil for about 20 minutes.
3. Mash or seive the potato & pumpkin/carrot separately.
4. Take 2 dsp pumpkin/carrot & 2 dsp of fish & mix with the potato.
5. Add 1-2 tsp of water to thin.
6. Cool slightly & serve for lunch or dinner.
