Steam Minced Pork with Salted Fish

Ingredients
- 150g minced pork
- 50g salted fish, chopped into small pieces
- 1 tube siken doufu
- some spring onion

Seasoning for minced pork
- 2 tspn of water
- 1 tspn of cornflour
- 1/2 tspn of dark soya sauce
- 1/2 tspn of light soya sauce
- some pepper & sesame oil

Methods
1. Add chopped salted fish into the marinated pork & stir well.
2. Keep minced pork in fridge for 30 mins or more.
3. Before steaming, cut the doufu into about 1cm height cube then sprinkle some cornflour on it & top with some marinated minced pork.
4. Steam on medium heat for about 10-15 mins depending on the thickness of the meat.
5. When done, sprinkle some sping onion & serve hot.
